Subscribers are not eligible for any refunds of agreed to advertising for the portals. Advertising on the portals requires submission of adwork, and entering of payments by the advertisers using the electronic payment. There is a no refund policy due to the fact that membership and advertising are not returnable items. Refunds can only be made if Creative Portal Inc. did not place the advertisement on the agreed to dates or if we failed to fulfill their subscription
